Don’t be alarmed by the name of this Taiwanese dish. It’s a direct translation from Chinese to describe the minced fermented black beans and chives look like a fly’s head. It’s a just a typical Chinese stir-fry with bold flavor. If you prefer other protein, ground chicken, ground turkey or diced firm tofu can be good substitutes. It is a great week night dinner. Once the ingredients are prepared, you just need to stir fry them up, and serve it over rice.
