While my NewYear’s resolution is to eat less red meat, I can’t resist myself buying these nice looking short ribs at Whole Foods today. It is cold in Chicago this week, a hearty meat dinner with a glass of red wine isn’t a bad idea. I will just eat more vegetables for the rest of the week. This recipe is adopted from Anthony Bourdain’s Les Halles Cookbook – Roasted Veal Short Ribs. Get the ingredients ready, place them in a cast-iron pot, roast and wait. Serve with some green beans, broccoli or carrots.
