I love kale and any leafy greens. However, kale may not be a favorite for everyone if bitterness is not your kind of thing. Kale is a superfood, full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin K. Instead of kale salad, or stir-fried kale, I made kale chips with some Asian twist, sesame oil and sesame seeds. This recipe can make a healthy snack or impressive finger food when you host a dinner party. Make sure you remove the stems of the kale, rinse and dry the leaves thoroughly before baking it. Place the kale into a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake and wait. Then you will get your healthy chips.
